Welcome 2013 Miss Capitol City United States Candiace Dillard and 2013 Miss Teen Capitol City United States Dionne Wright! These young ladies were crowned alongside other preliminary winners at the NOVA contest this weekend. They are the first ever preliminary winners for the Miss United States system to advance to the
District of Columbia pageant on May 4-5, 2013.
Open application is still available for the divisions of Miss, Ms., Teen, Junior Teen, Pre-Teen and Little Miss District of Columbia United States! Final deadline for application is April 26.
